1. Who we are

This website is run by MoveWell Physical Therapy Clinic (Dr. Hiral A. Prajapati, BPT, GSCPT Reg. No. 21163), Shop 409, 4th Floor, Shreeji Business Hub, Opp. Hanspura Residency, Naroda - Dehgam Road, Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382330. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the clinic.

We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and treat your health information as confidential.

2. What information we collect

• When you book or enquire: your name, phone number, email (optional), the treatment you need, preferred date and time, clinic or home-visit choice, and anything you write about your address or symptoms. Symptoms are health information, so please share only what is needed to book your visit.
• When you register for a free camp: your name, WhatsApp number, age, area, the main problem you choose and your preferred message language. We use these only to confirm your place, send your invitation and reminders on WhatsApp, and check you in at the camp. If you are seen at the camp and continue treatment, your details become part of your clinic record.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram: the details in your message.
• When you visit the clinic: your assessment and treatment records, kept as part of your care.
• When you browse this website: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics cookies (see section 9).

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, confirm and schedule appointments or home visits, and send reminders.
• To assess, treat and follow up on your condition.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it (using combined, statistical data).
• To meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you promotional messages unless you ask for them.

4. Who we share it with

We use a few trusted services to run this website and communicate with you. They process your information only to provide their service:

• Formspree, which delivers booking-form details to our email inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to send your booking or message through WhatsApp.
• Google: Gmail (our email), Google Analytics and Tag Manager (website statistics), Google Maps (the map on our Visit page, which loads only when you tap it), and Google Firebase (which stores free camp registrations).
• Instagram (Meta): if you tap an Instagram video on our site, it loads from Instagram, which may set its own cookies.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority.

5. Children's information

We treat many children (for example pediatric, C.P. and speech therapy). For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian should fill in our forms and give consent on the child's behalf. We use a child's information only for their care, and never for tracking or advertising.

6. Patient photos, videos and testimonials

We only post a patient's photo, video or testimonial on our website or social media with that patient's permission (or a parent's or guardian's permission for a child). You can withdraw that permission at any time, and we will remove the content from our website and from the social media accounts we control.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your care. We keep treatment records for as long as medical and legal rules require. Website statistics are kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

8. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who at the clinic can see it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

9. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. They do not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law (for example treatment records);
• withdraw any consent you have given;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to; and
• raise a complaint with us. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
